Creator of the Hexcellence™ Growth System, he integrates new insights, timeless principles, and actionable strategies to accelerate personal and organizational transformation.
He brings extensive corporate experience from leadership and learning roles with Coca-Cola, BASF, Allergan, Sanofi, and Motorola, spearheading capability-building initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. An Accredited HRD Corp Trainer and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD®), he is dedicated to helping leaders cultivate resilience and accelerate meaningful results.

Poh Ted Ang is a master trainer, speaker, and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience specializing in leadership and personal development across Southeast Asia. An HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, Accelerated Learning Master Trainer, and Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer, he is widely respected for translating insight into practical, high-impact learning.
Co-founder of Hexcel since 1987, Ted Ang integrates the Hexcellence™ Growth System, Accelerated Learning methodology, and the 8SUCCESS series to deliver transformative learning. He holds an MBA from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia, and is the first Certified Canfield Success Principles Trainer in Malaysia-Borneo.
